LIFETIME WARRANTY

Save-A-Load, Inc. extends a Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser of its item # ACS10-PU product. All Save-A-Load® products are warranted to be free from mechanical defects for as long as the original purchaser shall own the product. It is important to note that our warranty is not an unconditional
guarantee. Save-A-Load, Inc. uses the finest materials available and employs exacting manufacturing standards but, like any other product, it is not indestructible. Therefore, our warranty does not cover product damage that may result from abuse or misuse of the product.

Save-A-Load, Inc. makes no other warranties, implied or expressed, including the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. The sole remedy for a breach of the above-stated warranty shall be the replacement of components found to be defective. Customer replaceable parts, will be shipped F.O.B. Save-A-Load, Inc., Charlotte, NC. There will be a warranty service charge (the cost of processing the warranty claim and shipping + handling) for replacement hydraulic systems. Save-A-Load, Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages including but not limited to claims for lost profits or business interruption. In no case, shall damages hereunder exceed the purchase price of the load bar.

Net 30 Days (on approved credit), C.O.D., Visa, MasterCard, Discover.

FREIGHT

F.O.B. Factory. UPS shipments are prepaid and billed on invoice. Freight shipments are sent prepaid and billed on invoice via our choice of carrier unless specified by customer.

CHANGES

Prices may change without notice. Improvements in products are ongoing and will be made without notice.
